Our security personnel are trained to understand the psychology of violence. Talking to customers to calm down situations and understanding each situation completely before making a decision. We believe that prevention is better than cure. Physical intervention with a member of the public is the last course of action used by our professional security staff. If this last resort is used, our people are trained to deal with the situation safely and smoothly.
