FL Security - Health and Safety.We understand the need of having a safe and secure venue. Firstly, we carry out a full risk assessment of the venue or site. Only when we have a clear report of specific requirements for each individual venue, can we compile a customised and detailed proposal. This details out age, dress code, exclusion and search policies, costing, staff, fire exits, entrances, capacity and type of music. We work closely alongside venue management staff and with our management team to conduct regular weekly visits. In addition to this, we conduct venue audits every month to ensure high levels of service. Every six months an extensive venue audit is carried out which ensures that our security personnel are carrying out their duties in accordance with the venue report. |
